Biography
I have been in the energy and body arts for 28 yrs and have attained much experience in both areas. My Spiritual mentors have been many and this continues. QHHT is an energy Psychology that involves all aspects of us and I just love working with the mind and seeing how the body plays out being the shadow of the mind. This work continues to teach me about compassion and much more.There is always a unique energetic match with my clients in that I have been through many of their life experiences already, and have been able to go through the transfigurational process.
