Below you will find our Level 3 Certification Application. If you have reached your initial 125 sessions uploaded to your portal, you may submit for your Level 3 Approval. Once approved we will send you a private link to purchase a ticket for your Level 3 course.
If you completed Level 2 more than 2 years ago, please reach out to the office at communication@qhhtcustomerservice.com to have us unlock your Level 2 course so you may review and retake the exam before applying for Level 3.
