Biography
I’m a QHHT Level 1 Certified Practitioner, a mother of three, and unapologetically a professional ponderer. I’ve always been drawn to questions about consciousness, meaning, and the deeper layers of human experience that don’t fit neatly into everyday explanations.
My path to QHHT began through my connection to the work of Dolores Cannon and her books, which profoundly shaped how I understand the Subconscious and the continuity of human experience. Of all her work, Jesus and the Essenes remains my favorite and most influential. It opened my curiosity to history, consciousness, and the idea that there may be far more context to our lives than we typically recognize.
Alongside my QHHT practice, I am currently studying toward a major in Psychology and Philosophy, which continues to inform how I think about the mind, identity, and the origins of behavior and belief. I am especially interested in how understanding where something begins can change how we move forward.
I approach QHHT with warmth, patience, and genuine curiosity. Sessions are gentle, grounded, and guided without interpretation or expectation. The work centers on allowing clients to access insight from within, not through advice, but through their own Subconscious knowing.
If you are curious about QHHT, drawn to Dolores Cannon’s work, or simply wondering whether a session might be right for you, I welcome you to reach out. I am always happy to share more.
