I am a QHHT Level 2 Practitioner based in Sydney, with a background in somatic practice, dreamwork, and interdisciplinary research.
I am especially skilled at working with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or caught in repeating patterns, and supporting them to access deeper insight, inner connection, and meaningful change.
