---------------------------------------------------
I work with people who have already done inner work—
and are ready to access a deeper layer of understanding.
My path
Before focusing fully on this work, I spent several years in international corporate environments in sales and leadership roles.
Since 1999, I have been working as a trainer and coach, supporting professionals and individuals in their growth, resilience, and well-being.
Over the years, I have guided thousands of people—
and again and again, I observed the same pattern:
Insight and awareness brought understanding…
but did not always lead to lasting change.
A deeper approach
This realization led me to deepen my work.
Beyond thinking.
Beyond emotional processing.
Towards methods that allow access to deeper layers of awareness—
where patterns can be understood at their origin.
Today, I work with QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) and hypnosis to access that level.
My role is not to guide you toward answers,
but to create a space where your own inner knowing can emerge.
How I work
My approach is calm, focused, and grounded.
I hold the space so you can explore safely—
without pressure, expectation, or interpretation.
Each session follows what is ready to unfold.
Training & background

A long-standing practice in Kriya Yoga and breathwork, rooted in meditation, and deepened through years of both personal practice and teaching
