“I was just tired at first, and then it was dizziness, nausea, and headache; so, I went to bed before 8pm on Thursday (day of session) with a crushing headache. I awoke early the next morning with nausea, dizziness and pain. As soon as I cancelled all plans for Friday and acknowledged the release of toxicity and thanked my body - things started to settle down. After another long nap,more hydration, sun and salt bath, I felt good by late afternoon.
My sleep since the session has been incredible and a drastic change from a lifelong struggle with insomnia. Although I work nights, I was able to nap easily and now when I sleep, I sleep WELL, no tossing around. Friday and Saturday, I was easily able to grab sleep between calls and visits. On Sunday (day off), I had energy, so the kids and I went to the ocean. There, I released much shoulder pain from left to right throughout the day. I awoke this morning pain FREE. I took no medication. I realized that I had had another fabulous uninterrupted night's sleep. Again, a huge departure from any habit before the session.”
