Biography
My years of life, my studies, practices, and intuitive skills have all been foundational to my calling to explore how we access deeper truths — and how to help others do the same.
My journey has been shaped by early extrasensory and out-of-body experiences, which led me to study the mind through both traditional psychology and consciousness studies. Besides lifelong practices, I've studied at the Monroe Institute.
I later trained as a Spiritual Intuitive through Intuition University where I honed my connection to subtle guidance.
For over 30 years, I’ve studied and practiced dreamwork with Dr. Gayle Delaney.
Dreamwork is a wonderful foundation for getting personal insights from symbolic images.
Quantum Healing accesses even more direct insights and clarity through scenes and images.
I hold an M.A. in Teaching. My years of teaching adults have deepened my sensitivity and insight into our shared humanity.
My time as a licensed practitioner at Centers for Spiritual Living reflects my appreciation for people's histories and for supporting their transformational practices.
Naturally, I bring my lifelong and continuing studies in traditional hypnotherapy and psychology into each session.
I integrate everything I’ve learned — not as theory, but as direct, embodied practice to support our human understanding and expansion.
I love all that expands our mastery in life.
While I love the deep mysteries, I am naturally practical and use that and my intuition in sessions with your most wise Higher Self!
