Biography
Hi, I’m Jowita, a QHHT Level 1 Intern, Level 2 in progress, Reiki I & 2 certified, and devoted explorer of metaphysics, inner evolution, and consciousness.
I was born in Poland and moved to the United States with my family at the age of three. From as early as I can remember, I’ve been deeply sensitive and endlessly curious about people; what they feel, why they make the choices they make, and how transformation truly unfolds on a soul level. I’ve always been drawn to meaningful conversations and profound, heart-centered connections.
I hold a degree in Business Leadership from the University of Arizona, but my most profound education has come from walking the path of awakening. I discovered Dolores Cannon’s teachings during my daily walks, listening to hours of her lectures, interviews and metaphysical hour recordings and something clicked. Her words felt like home. Learning about QHHT opened me to the truth that not only are we the creators of our lives, but we hold the ability to dialogue directly with the source of all knowledge. With that awareness comes a profound responsibility to shape our reality with intention, to release what no longer serves, and to align with the deeper truth of who we are. This is work that gives one the tools to transform from within, and in doing so, uplifts the collective consciousness.
Facilitating QHHT sessions is far more than a practice, it is my soul’s work and a sacred calling. Every session is a profound collaboration between the client, their Higher Self, and the limitless wisdom available to all of us. I see this work as a springboard for transformation, helping others remember who they truly are and guiding them to embody their highest potential, emotionally, mentally, and physically.
Through the clarity, insight, and deep healing that comes forward in these sessions, people often find themselves releasing old patterns, seeing their lives through a new lens, and stepping more fully into their authentic path. The experiences I’ve had holding space for others have been powerful, humbling, and deeply transformative; not only for my clients, but for me as well.
