Biography
Hello, my name is Lynda Rich. I'm a Level 3 QHHT Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique Practitioner, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Holistic Counsellor and Psychotherapist based in the beautiful northern beaches of Wollongong Australia, one and a half hours south of Sydney Airport and a half hour north of Wollongong Airport.
I've combined a lifelong interest in metaphysics, psychology, parapsychology, psychic phenomena and most recently quantum physics and near death experiences into my QHHT Practice, Enriched Life Therapies.
Many QHHT practitioners speak of experiencing a 'spiritual awakening' which led them to QHHT and Dolores Cannon. But for me, experiences with the spiritual realms have been with me all my life as I have seen and interacted with energy beings and spirits since early childhood and have always been highly intuitive. My interest in metaphysics stemmed for a need to understand my own world and the nature of the spiritual realms.
Just like the great Dolores Cannon, I have a drive to understand how the Universe(s) work and the true nature of our existence as spiritual beings and the higher realms of consciousness.
The human mind and human experience also fascinates me, so along with my Level 3 QHHT training, my qualifications include a Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Postgraduate Qualifications in Holistic Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Diploma of Clinical Hypnotherapy & NLP.
I'm also a member of the following Associations:
IANDS - International Association of Near Death Studies
ACISTE - American Center for the Integration of Spiritually Transformative Experiences
PACFA - Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia
AHA - Australian Hypnotherapy Association
Although I have studied multiple modalities and offered a range of therapies to clients in the past, I now focus exclusively on providing QHHT sessions, and offer sessions seven days a week, due to the profound healing and transformation it can provide for a person across lifetimes.
