Biography
Even as a curious child growing up in the Netherlands—always asking “why?”—I knew I wanted to help people. That calling led me from working as a nurse in a hospital, to becoming a midwife with my own practice, often supporting home births. Later, I added haptotherapy (a form of body-soul connection that helps parents bond with their baby during pregnancy) and foot reflexology to ease physical symptoms in pregnant women.
In Portugal, I managed holiday homes for tourists and also worked as an in-home nurse.
When I moved to Romania, I began studying QHHT. I completed Level 1, passed the test, and proudly received my certificate. Feeling excited and inspired, I immediately started studying Level 2 to go deeper and refine the technique even more.
Helping people through QHHT truly makes me happy. Just one session can be life-changing—it doesn’t take endless appointments.
My soul has always been a force of nature, guiding me through many new beginnings. Now, here I am at 60, an expat in Mediaș, in love with both QHHT and Romania. It feels like everything has led me right here.
My hope is to help others connect to their own inner guidance—and QHHT is, in my heart, the most powerful way to do that.
For now, I offer sessions in English and Dutch. I’m not yet able to help Romanian-only speakers—maybe someday!
