Biography
I have always been focused on taking care of people. I began as a grocery store sacker- back when we carried paper bags to the car for you; then after high school a missionary in Japan. Following my 2-years overseas, I became a behavioral health technician and supported persons with geriatric mental illness and severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI). I later joined corporate America as a customer service agent, then trainer, operations manager, efficiency engineer, and business delivery consultant. After a 27-year corporate journey in customer service, my desire to shift focus into individual health and wellbeing led me to QHHT® as a client; and now a practitioner.
