Biography
I’m a Dutch therapist living on the beautiful island of Mallorca, Spain, together with my family and our animals.
The moment I discovered QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique), my life profoundly changed. Everything I had ever believed in seemed to come together through this powerful method and the inspiring work of Dolores Cannon.
Alongside my QHHT practice, I work as a psychotherapist, primarily using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) — a compassionate and practical approach that helps people navigate life’s challenges without becoming overwhelmed by them.
I also host podcast interviews with inspiring, like-minded souls for the Dutch show Vibestalk (Univibes.nl). My conversations have taken me across the world — from Australia, where I spoke with Darius J. Wright about the nature of reality and his out-of-body experiences, to discussions with Dr. Eben Alexander about his near-death experiences and how these transformed their lives. With Caroline Cory I spoke about her film Super Human, and her ability to manipulate energy and how we all are actually capable of so much more, then we might think! These conversations contribute to a broader understanding of who we truly are.
Through my sessions, both in Spain and The Netherlands, I help people reconnect with their true essence, find healing, and gain deep understanding of themselves and their journey. I’ve witnessed truly miraculous transformations, and it’s my passion to guide others toward that same inner awakening.
