My journey into healing and self-discovery was fast tracked in 2018 when I developed severe inflammatory arthritis. I experienced intense physical pain and my mobility was minimal. I had to step away from job as a hospital RN and sought medical treatment with specialists and pharmaceuticals. Indeed, my health improved slightly but the medication side effects caused multiple other problems. It was a roller-coaster ride of caring for 3 active kids, trying to run a household and masking pain, frustration, and depression. I left behind the physically demanding RN job and retrained as a counsellor.

Eventually, I began to explore metaphysics and found Dolores Cannon's books. Her books resonated with me on so many levels. I had my own QHHT session, and it was like a switch was flicked. I got answers and healing. In 2023, I completed the Level 1 online training and in 2025, I completed Level 2. I love this job. It’s like counselling on steroids! Every session is so unique, and the client always walks away having learnt something.
