Biography
As a Level Two Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique™ (QHHT®) Practitioner, my journey into this remarkable modality began with a lifelong curiosity about consciousness, personal growth, and the deeper questions of life. From an early age, I experienced intuitive insights, vivid memories that felt connected to another lifetime, and moments that inspired me to explore the nature of consciousness more deeply.
Those experiences eventually led me to the work of Dolores Cannon. Through her books, lectures, and teachings, I discovered an approach that deeply resonated with my own lifelong search for understanding. That path inspired me to complete my QHHT® training and continue expanding my knowledge through advanced study, including attending a QHHT® retreat in 2024.
Each QHHT® session is a unique experience. It is an honor to witness clients access their own inner wisdom, gain meaningful insights, and often discover perspectives that support greater clarity, peace, and personal understanding. While every person’s experience is different, I strive to provide a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring whatever unfolds during their session.
My background in massage therapy, holistic wellness, personal development, HeartMath®, PSYCH-K®, and transformational coaching has strengthened my appreciation for the connection between the mind, body, emotions, and spirit. These experiences have shaped the caring, grounded presence I bring to every QHHT® session while honoring the integrity of Dolores Cannon’s method.
