Biography
Hello Beautiful Souls! I’m a Level 3 QHHT® and Soul Speak Practitioner, dedicated to guiding individuals on a profound journey of healing, self-discovery, and empowerment. Through 1:1 QHHT® sessions, Soul Support Mentoring & Guided Meditation sessions, and group past/future life regression and progression sessions, I help individuals establish a profound connection with their Higher Self.
During my corporate career, I found myself stuck in a cycle that lacked fulfillment—trapped in the monotonous routine of eat, sleep, work, repeat. A profound awakening inspired me to step away from societal norms and pursue something greater, though I didn’t yet know what that “something” was. Trusting my instincts, I took a leap of faith, leaving my long-term position to embark on a transformative journey of healing and enlightenment.
My introduction to QHHT® came serendipitously through the teachings of Dolores Cannon, whose wisdom deeply resonated with me and inspired me to explore her revolutionary method of hypnosis. Upon enrolling in her Level 1 QHHT® course, I instantly knew I had found my purpose.
Today, facilitating QHHT® sessions brings me immense joy as I witness the transformative healing power of the Higher Self through my clients. Whether answering life’s most significant questions, unraveling mysteries, or fostering deep physical and emotional healing, QHHT® has the power to change lives.
I’ve further honed my skills as a practitioner by becoming certified in Soul Speak, Julia Cannon’s technique for bridging the mind-body connection. Having opened my own stand-alone practice just outside St. Louis, MO, I’ve seen the incredible ripple effect this healing work can have on individuals and entire communities. Guided by my Higher Self, I am committed to helping others heal, grow, and connect with their higher purpose.
