Biography
Valerie and her twin sister, Verona, enjoyed their childhood exploring the woods and lakes of Ontario, Canada. They’d been adopted together into the same loving home when it was not uncommon for multiples to be separated from each other at birth. Several years after Verona’s tragic death, Valerie moved to San Francisco, CA. Within months, she discovered Dr. Helen Wambach. Her past life regression contributed to her passion for understanding the human condition and wanting to help others with life’s challenges.
Valerie graduated from U.C. Berkeley with her master’s degree in social welfare in 1985.
And, while working on her thesis, “The Adopted Baby Story and other Assorted Fantasies”, she began her decades long search for her birth family. Her success in finding her biological family encouraged her to help many others find their roots as well. A chance encounter in Ojai, California, introduced her to the wonders of Reiki and she became a Reiki practitioner in 1998, and years later, a Reiki master.
Valerie is actively retired from a 24 year career providing clinical care and administrative oversight in hospital-based healthcare. Helping others heal themselves by exploring the dynamics and influences of their past lives via QHHT greatly enhances outcomes.
