Biography
Hello! I’m Carolina.
It was 2013 when I walked into my first hypnotherapy session as a client. I was craving answers I knew would not come from regular talk therapy, and, having grown up in Brazil, past lives and reincarnation were dinner-table conversations I was very familiar with, although I wasn’t sure what I was about to experience.
My divorce had just been filed, and my life felt upside down. And deep inside, I knew the answers were locked within me.
That session became the first of many moments where hypnotherapy supported my healing.
When I later discovered Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, I booked a session for myself, and the answers continued to unfold.
Healing is not one-size-fits-all. QHHT, however, is one of those techniques I have found can be helpful for anyone willing to undertake the journey inward.
As a practitioner, it has been incredibly rewarding to witness the insight and clarity that emerges in each session, and to see how much lighter my clients feel as they reconnect with their own inner knowing.
