Biography
Born and raised in the heartland of Sioux City, Iowa, and a graduate of Drake University with a degree in Journalism and Mass Communications, my life has taken me through many meaningful paths and experiences. Yet beneath it all, I have always felt a deep curiosity about the greater mysteries of life, consciousness, healing, and our spiritual journey.
Some of life’s most difficult experiences became my greatest teachers. Through my own dark nights of the soul, I was invited to look beyond what I thought I knew and turn inward. I learned that healing is not always about finding answers outside of ourselves, but about becoming still enough to listen to the wisdom that has been within us all along. Through surrender, trust, and a willingness to follow where my journey led, I experienced a profound spiritual awakening that changed the way I see myself, others, and the world around me.
That journey eventually led me to Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), a practice that deeply transformed my own understanding of healing and consciousness. It opened the door to a greater awareness of the connection between the mind, body, spirit, and the deeper part of ourselves that knows far more than we often realize.
Today, it is an honor to hold a safe and compassionate space for others as they explore their own inner world. I believe each person carries a unique wisdom and healing potential within them. My role is not to give you the answers, but to gently guide and support you as you discover what is already within you.
Whether you are seeking healing, clarity, purpose, or a deeper connection to your true self, I believe your journey is uniquely yours. Sometimes, we simply need someone to hold space, ask the right questions, and remind us to trust the wisdom within.
