Biography
I was born and raised in the heartland of Sioux City, Iowa, and studied Journalism and Mass Communications at Drake University. While my career has taken many meaningful paths, my heart has always been drawn to the deeper questions of life and the spiritual journey.
Some of life's greatest challenges became my greatest teachers. Through my own dark nights of the soul, I discovered that healing often begins when we surrender, trust, and look within. Those experiences led me to Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), a practice that profoundly transformed my own life.
Today, it is an honor to hold space for others as they reconnect with their own inner wisdom. I believe we each carry the answers we seek within us, and I am grateful to help guide people toward greater healing, clarity, purpose, and a deeper connection with their true selves.
