Biography
I grew up in the heartland of Sioux City, Iowa, and later studied Journalism and Mass Communications at Drake University. But beyond my professional pursuits, I’ve always been deeply curious about the spiritual realm, a curiosity that only grew stronger as life presented me with profound challenges. These weren’t just bumps in the road; they were transformative moments, what some might call “dark nights of the soul” or “ego death” experiences, that pushed me to look inward and discover resilience, meaning, and healing.
Instead of resisting these experiences, I chose to embrace them as teachers, leading me to the incredible world of Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT). This practice resonated deeply with my journey of self-discovery and personal growth. Now, as a QHHT practitioner, I feel truly honored to guide others on their own healing journeys, helping them unlock clarity, purpose, and a deeper connection to themselves.
