Biography
Since the death of my husband, TJ, I’ve spent the last 9 years focusing on my education, honing my skills to be better able to help myself and my young children recover from what seemed like the impossible (continuing life without him.) I have attained a degree in Psychology (graduated Cum Laude.) I have achieved Level 3 QHHT certification (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique - as taught by Dolores Cannon.) I have obtained certification as a Mindfulness Based Life coach. I am currently working to obtain my Reiki Master certification and I have continued to maintain my CrossFit certifications.
Through this journey of healing I have discovered that I have a lot to offer others, whether it’s the day to day issues of life or the darkest days of existing through tragedy, illness, or loss. These years have brought a level of compassion and understanding which will help me to be of better service to others.
