Kia ora. Aloha. Namaste. Welcome.
Hi, here’s a little about me — I look forward to getting to know you too.
Life has been a rich spiritual education. From childhood, I felt a deep desire to explore beyond the familiar and understand what exists beyond the physical world. That curiosity led me to travel widely, often taking the road less travelled and embracing the unexpected. These experiences deepened my self-awareness, broadened my understanding of different beliefs and cultures, and strengthened my compassion and intuition.
I’ve always been drawn to life stories, spirituality, healing, ceremony, and cultural traditions. Over the years, I’ve studied many subjects within the spiritual and wellness fields, particularly Yoga and Ayurveda, becoming an experienced Yoga and Nutritional Therapist.
My career path has included Airlines, Recruitment & Training, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Interior Design, Fitness & Nutrition, and Health & Wellness. Yet motherhood has been my greatest teacher, bringing both challenge and reward.
# Quantum Healing & Me
I was naturally drawn to the work of Dolores Cannon and QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique). As I explored her teachings, much of it deeply resonated with me, awakening a strong sense of purpose. In time, I trained with the QHHT Academy and became a certified Level 3 QHHT Practitioner.
This work continues to inspire and evolve me. I dedicate myself to ongoing study, practice, teaching, and developing my intuitive abilities to help others find greater peace, purpose, and empowerment. It’s an honour to guide people on journeys of self-discovery, healing, and connection to their inner wisdom — what I call SOUL LOGiC.

# QHHT Wellington & Beyond
I also travel regularly to Wellington and other locations across New Zealand to offer private QHHT sessions and group workshops. If you’re interested in a session outside Auckland, please get in touch. I’m happy to travel where there is enough interest to create a meaningful experience together.
