Biography
Hello, I’m Michelle.
I have been facilitating Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) sessions continuously since 2011, having trained in person by Dolores Cannon. As a Sydney-based naturopath with more than 17 years of clinical experience, I bring thoughtful guidance, extensive experience and a compassionate, whole-person approach to my work.
Choosing someone to guide you through a deeply personal experience is an important decision. You may have questions about your life, patterns you wish to understand, or a desire to reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. You may simply feel curious about QHHT and what you might discover. Whatever brings you here, I begin by listening to you.
I take time to understand your story, explore what matters to you and help you feel comfortable with the process. You do not need to arrive with all the answers or know how your experience is supposed to unfold. I offer gentle guidance with respect for your individuality, beliefs and personal journey. My intention is for you to feel heard, supported and at ease as you explore your inner world.
Through my work in naturopathic medicine and QHHT, I have developed an approach that considers the whole of you: your physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing. My background in nutrition, herbal medicine and mind-body therapies informs this broader perspective, while my QHHT work centres on personal exploration, deeper self-understanding and connection with your own inner wisdom.
