Curious by nature with a desire for the “truth,” I have come full circle to this modality that provides answers to the “all” of it because we have all of our answers inside of us. Those answers are available through the deep connection to our higher selves. Upon seeking an understanding of how to heal any dis-ease--given the premise that a cut/burn/broken bone will heal--led me on my first journey into complementary practices within the unique Integrative Health and Healing Program at The Graduate Institute in Bethany, CT. There I discovered my passion for the hypnotic trance state; and, wouldn't you know it, a Dolores Cannon video popped up in my YouTube feed (I love synchronicities)! I eagerly completed my QHHT Level 1 training in 2019 and in 2021, Level 2 to deepen that skillset.

I feel tremendous gratitude for each and every session for the privilege of witnessing the magic (and frequent laughs) unfolding during this all natural healing journey. The wisdom of Functional Medicine's Dr. Mark Hyman puts forth, "When it comes to conventional medicine--we're in the name it, blame it, and tame it game." What about a preferential approach? If you can feel it, you can heal it.
