I've completed Reiki Level 3 training and have also explored the Seth materials, The Law of One, Bashar teachings, the Flower of Life, as well as the I Ching and Taoist philosophy.

我已完成Reiki（灵气）第三階培訓，並廣汎涉猎如赛斯资料、一的法则、巴夏、生命之花等灵性成長内容，亦研習了《道德经》与《易经》。
開始接觸量子疗愈催眠时，發现这与我的灵性認知完全相符，所有问题都是来自心灵的。量子催眠真的能疗愈身心、帮人找到人生意義。
另外，中科院心理所的心理咨询基础培训及 NLP（身心语言程序学）学習，進一步提升了我的專業咨询面谈技巧。
