Biography
From the age of seven or eight, profound existential questions began to take root in my mind. I wondered: What if there were a hidden meaning beneath the surface of life: a life that, on the outside, seems so similar for everyone, filled with daily routines and struggles?
In my teens, Larry, the hero of The Razor’s Edge by Somerset Maugham, showed me a life wholly devoted to the search for meaning. Shattered by witnessing his friend's sudden death, he abandons the predestined path of a "model young man", rejecting a coveted position, studying ancient languages to read sacred texts in their original form, traveling the world, encountering remarkable people, and living extraordinary experiences. Then, just when he believes he's grasped what he's been seeking, Larry becomes a taxi driver in New York.
This extraordinary journey captivated me. Without even realizing it, I began walking in his footsteps.
From my remote hometown in Southwest China to Beijing, from Paris to Marseille, from South Carolina to Vancouver…
From statistics PhD to financial auditor, and finally to hypnotherapist…
My path has been marked by doubt, turmoil, but also by extraordinary revelations.
