Biography
From the age of seven or eight, profound existential questions began to take root in my mind. I often wondered whether there might be a hidden meaning beneath the surface of life — a life that, from the outside, appears so similar for everyone, filled with routines and daily struggles.
During my teenage years, Larry, the hero of The Razor’s Edge by Somerset Maugham, deeply influenced me. Shattered by witnessing the sudden death of his friend, Larry abandons the carefully planned path of a “model young man.” He rejects a prestigious career, studies ancient languages to read sacred texts in their original form, travels the world, meets extraordinary people, and lives through remarkable experiences. And just when he believes he has grasped the truth he was seeking, he quietly becomes a taxi driver in New York.
This unusual journey fascinated me. Without realizing it at the time, I had already begun walking a similar path.
From my remote hometown in Southwest China to Beijing…
from Paris to Marseille…
from South Carolina to Vancouver…
From a PhD in statistics to a career as a financial auditor, and eventually to becoming a hypnotherapist.
My journey has been marked by questions, doubts, and inner upheavals, but also by profound insights and unexpected discoveries.
Then hypnosis entered my life almost like magic. Through it, I experienced a deep personal transformation that revealed strengths within me I had never known before. That experience profoundly reshaped the direction of my life.
